Driveway Paving
We install a new asphalt surface by starting with proper excavation, base preparation, and proper grading. We can use both commercial mix or fine asphalt blends. We typically install 3 inches of compacted hot mix asphalt. All of our work is backed by a 1 year warranty with extended warranty options available.
Parking Lot Paving
We install and repair commercial asphalt parking lots by following approved site plans. We focus on ensuring proper grading and drainage are in place before paving begins. Our team prepares the base correctly and installs the asphalt to create a smooth, durable surface built to handle everyday traffic.
Specialty Paving
We design and create specialty asphalt surfaces, including tennis courts, pickleball courts, golf cart paths, BMX tracks, walking paths, asphalt curbs, and custom school playground areas. All court surfacing is completed in-house using professional SportMaster Pro Court material.
Concrete & Curbs
We can accomplish a wide range of concrete jobs including sidewalks, concrete pads, curbs, garage floors, catch basin pads and precast concrete installations. Our team handles the excavation, forming, and finishing in house.
Line Painting Services
We provide professional line painting including restriping existing layouts, new parking lot layouts, roadwork markings, and the application of glass beads for improved visibility. All of our line painting is completed in house by our team to ensure clean, consistent results every time.
Sealcoating Services
We provide commercial sealcoating for parking lots and paved areas where full paving is not necessary, helping protect and extend the life of existing asphalt. Minor repairs can be completed before sealing, and we apply a high-quality oil-based jet black sealer to restore the appearance and protect the surface.
Interlock & Armour Stone Retaining Walls
We can design and install custom interlock borders, retaining walls, and add large armour stones that create a clean, finished look. Bordering the asphalt will extend the longevity of the life of the pavement surface, while adding extra class and safety to your property.
Excavation & Drainage
We handle excavation and site preparation for paving projects, including proper grading and drainage to ensure water flows away from paved surfaces. Our services also include catch basin installations, adjustments, and drainage solutions to help protect asphalt and concrete from water damage.
Hot Rubber Crack Filling
We router and fill asphalt cracks using professional hot rubber crack filler to prevent water from entering the pavement and causing further damage. For larger projects, we can utilize a hot tar injection trailer to efficiently fill and seal cracks across large parking lots and long stretch roadways.

Road Reconstruction
We set out and completed a road reconstruction project in Orangeville, rebuilding a damaged sections along the side of the roadways following nearby construction work. Our crew set up proper traffic control and completed the repairs quickly to safely reopen the road to regular traffic.
New Home Development
Our crew completed paving work for the Sheldon Creek Townhome Development project in Amaranth. Paving new asphalt driveways on over 35 new build homes along with paving the main roadways. The road was paved in two lifts of asphalt to meet the required city standard and pass compaction testing.
New Industrial Shipping & Receiving Yard
Our team completed a paving project for a steel manufacturing facility in Orangeville, creating a new asphalt yard area for receiving deliveries and parking heavy vehicles. The space was properly excavated, leveled, graded and prepared. Then paved to provide a clean, functional surface for heavy duty daily operations.
Orangeville Bridge Reconstruction
Upper management worked alongside engineers to coordinate our crew to repave a bridge on Elizabeth Street downtown Orangeville, completing a very complex reconstruction that required precise grading and drainage. The surface was built with four different slopes directing water to sewer grates, and the project was completed over the span of a week to restore the bridge safely.
Mono Residential
We completed a large driveway installation in Mono, giving the homeowner plenty of space to comfortably park multiple vehicles and trailers. The driveway was carefully graded so it’s easy to drive in and out of, allows space for snow to be plowed in the winter, and ensures water drains away from the property properly.
New Build Cedar Mills
We designed and installed a high-end driveway in Cedar Mills featuring square interlock inlays integrated into the asphalt surface. This was a challenging project that required a significant amount of precise hand paving, making sure the interlock remained clean, straight, and free of asphalt or diesel stains while forming both materials together to create a timeless finished look.
